General Terms

Size: $4 - $10 million per facility

Advance Rate: Up to 90% of value

Borrower: Typically, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization

Collateral: First priority lien on the real estate and assignment of licenses

Term: 5 years

Interest/LOC Fees: Competitive letter of credit fees paid monthly on the outstanding letter of credit amount; participation

Bonds: Works with taxable and tax-exempt bonds
