Control Center
- The Control Center is the central location for Job Posters to manage their on line recruitment.
- You’ll see a quick summary of your account including membership type, membership status, as well as the number of jobs posted by status.
- Your company information is displayed, and can be updated from the Control Center as well.
- All job postings can be managed from the Control Center. You can see active, inactive, and deleted jobs, as well as have the ability to change job status (from inactive to active or vise-versa), edit any part of the posting, or even retrieve jobs from the deleted file if necessary.
- A key feature of your job postings is your ability to view matching candidates. By selecting the
graphic under a specific job posting, the system will scan all available resumes for those matching the job’s key criteria. Matches are displayed to you in an easy-to-read profile format. You can select the resumes to view, and which candidates you’d like to contact based on this job specific search. Resumes are being posted daily, so be sure to check your matches often to quickly contact the best candidates.
Hot List
- The Job Poster’s Hot List displays a list of candidates who have registered or made their information available online today.
- Five days worth of past daily Hot Lists are available to view as well allowing you to review candidates who became available over a weekend or on days you couldn’t get to the list.
- From this easy to scan profile list, you can select which candidates’ resumes to review and whom you’d like to contact online.
Post a Job
- Entering your jobs is easy using our Post a Job page. Simply start at the top and include the information requested. You must include the required information, but can leave any of the optional fields blank at your discretion.
- The Specialty status will define how most Job Seekers will find your jobs on our site, so be sure to select the most appropriate profession/specialty category from the list provided. For a quick and easy way to see all professions and specialties, select one of the regions under the Jobs by Region search from the Job Seeker section - this one of the fastest ways Job Seekers will find your job.
- Selecting a job posting duration allows you to determine how long the job will be active and viewable by Job Seekers. You can select a duration of either 30 days, or 30 days with auto-renewal.
- The job description and qualifications areas are the two most important areas for Job Seekers. Take a minute to learn how to write descriptions that are both appealing and effective.

Search Resumes
- Most membership levels allow Job Posters access to our extensive resume database.
- You can search for your ideal candidate using several criteria including profession, specialty, state preference, state license, keyword and more.
- Matches will be displayed to you in an easy to read profile format. You can select whose resumes to view and which candidates you’d like to contact based on this job specific search.
Account Admin
- This feature is primarily for Job Posters whose company has more than one recruiter using the site.
- One person is set up as the account administrator at the time the account is created. Recruiters can register on-line and request the administrator link them to the account.

- Relevant articles and knowledgeable advice from our career management experts designed specifically to meet the unique needs of Job Posters.
- Career Tools allows applicants to compare salaries, evaluate communities’ housing, school reports, crime statistics and more
- Career Links provides access to websites with valuable information on compensation, benefits and networking.
